Alberta really is spa-tacular.
Our province has a variety of spas to help people get some much needed rest and relaxation.
Lee-ann Harder, owner of Bragg Creek's ReNEW You Studio & Day Spa explains why spa visits have become so popular.
"Spas have become mainstream because of the lifestyle people are leading. People work hard, play hard and they want to relax the same way," says Harder.

Harder has taken her inspiration from the surrounding mountain beauty and has created a first-class spa. I sampled the Indian head massage (heavenly) and the Bowen therapy, a gentle treatment designed to stimulate and reset the body so it can heal itself. She's always adding more, so keep checking back.
