CLOSED December 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th inclusive (please feel free to call or email as we will be checking in take bookings during these days but we will not be open for services)

- Please ensure your cell phone is turned off before entering the day SPA.
- A 7 day advance booking notice for groups of 3 or more people is appreciated.
- A 7 day cancellation is required for all Saturday bookings or a full feel will be applied.
- Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Please provide us with a 24 hr cancellation notice for single appointments and 48hr. for 2 or more treatments.
- Please provide us with a 24 hr cancellation notice for single appointments.
- On group bookings (3 or more people) we require a cancellation notice 1 week prior to the booking or the full booking fee will be applied to your Credit Card
- We regret that alcoholic beverages and tobacco are not permitted in the SPA or on the grounds surrounding the SPA.
- Children aged 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult unless arrangements have been made in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 for spa treatments with the exception of Bowen Therapy.
- Accounts can be settled by VISA, MasterCard, Cheques and Cash.
- Treatments and services cannot be provided to individuals who appear to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
- All private SPA facility bookings are subject to a usage fee.
Gratuities
Please know that gratuities, in appreciation for excellent service, may be given at your discretion when settling your account. At this time please let us know if you wish to add a gratuity.
